Reminds me of something I overheard in the terminal manager's office. My disciplinary discussion was interupted by a phone call from an angry customer. When she got no satisfaction from the TM, she apparently asked to speak to the owner. "There is really no one I can transfer you to. CF is a publicly traded company."
