XPO | Xpo the new trucking king?

I do think XPO is well positioned. They shut down a teamster organization in Miami.
OR looks great, added business will send a lot of $$$ to the bottom line.
If they don't screw it up, they are in a great spot for a year or two..

They aren't screwing it up thus far. Not taking extra shipments just for the sake of doing so. Taking care of their existing customers and being very selective about new business. Paying very close attention to capacity and service.

That's what every LtL is doing. Not any one carrier wants to claw for every piece of freight Yellow left behind. Depending on location, they will pick what they want.
The junk will bounce around for a bit, and eventually will cost more to ship.

There are some bottom feeders picking up crap just for revenue without much knowledge about how long it will take to collect nor what kind of claims will result.
