My partner and I left Phoenix this morning heading back to Chicago with freight that was picked yesterday and is scheduled for delivery around Chicago area on Friday and we will be there tomorrow night. Hope it stays this way

Will we deliver it when it gets to chicago?or will it sit till friday?or will all that freight collected during the week.just take up space
It's great that we are making the effort to move the freight and focus on service but did we need the COO to do it? This is how it should have run all along. Didn't Chicago run through Phoenix before the COO? Managing this place properly is the key but they keep blaming us for all of the company's ills. Drive safe and have a good trip!

The city dispatchers were just letting the phone ring.because they knew it was a customer calling to have a pick up..
I can"t even get them to answer the phone when calling in from the rail yard!
