YRC Freight plans to cut 121 positions at its terminal facility in Columbus, Ohio, Columbus Business First reports. YRC Freight is a subsidiary of Overland Park, Kan.-based YRC Worldwide, which has about 560 employees in the St. Louis area. YRC Freight said in a layoff notice to the state of Ohio that the employees' last day would be between April 8 and April 2, following "procedures under the parties' collective bargaining agreement."
