Don’t you Know,This is gonna happen.Thinking Utility Drivers will be happening fast at most barns by years end !!
Yes ,possibly,With the driver pool shrinking.I’ll bet that will also happen.Looks like more PTS points to me!
This makes sense.Valdosta was and is a great relay point to Florida. But think for a moment .Does this company do anything that makes sense. There better at moving people out, than moving freight.when is YRC freight going to reopen or expand Valdosta Ga? this summer?
Holland has had utility positions for the last 10 years it's nothing new here
What terminal will YRC use at LR? As I remember there is not enough room at the present terminal & the one there needs work.
Several years back ABF proposed moving the freight distribution center from LR to Memphis. The reason given then was that LR was not a good location for a break bulk. The company president then was Roy Slagle, he said there were more empty miles ran out of LR than any other location in the country. The plans for that move has apparently been abandoned & Roy Slagle suddenly retired. ABF has since then moved freight out of Jackson Mississippi & routed freight that was handled there to other locations.
That was only for a short time Holland had them , now they are velocity drivers .Holland has had utility positions for the last 10 years it's nothing new here
Come on partner. Velocity? Utility? Same job titles and work , just spelled different. That was only for a short time Holland had them , now they are velocity drivers .
Correct , but think the pay scale if different ?? Didn't they change it back to like road pay type scale ?? Not sure but thinking one of our T.B. gentlemen will know for sure !!Come on partner. Velocity? Utility? Same job titles and work , just spelled different.
And that’s what is nice about working weekends at Coop. 80 cents a mile, per driver, hub miles, and $31.45 hourly, as long as you don’t hit anything.Correct , but think the pay scale if different ?? Seems it's at 4500 w 65th st
Judging by that paperwork it's going to be a glorified relay with their 1 outbound road run
That is the old location. I misunderstood the COO, I thought several more drivers would be moved in & more freight would be routed there.
What was told to me by the ba is Memphis, Springfield, tulsa, jackson, and shreveport are all running into little rock
And that’s what is nice about working weekends at Coop. 80 cents a mile, per driver, hub miles, and $31.45 hourly, as long as you don’t hit anything.
Until they change their management team and ideology this coo wont work either.Just another waste of money
