No, he just stated they didn't make the payments and they are "shameful." He said they have announced a strike and Yellow has to pay up if they want to avoid it.

There was a press release earlier today that announced a strike. It went out before the markets closed.

Technically the IBT is only striking the central states that is missing a payment, until they receive notice that others are delinquent.
