Long time watcher with a join date within the last month? If you don't want to talk about the Teamsters, don't mention them. Starting another thread about it isn't helping your cause. And welcome.

What is REALLY surprising is that SO many FedEx managers, Jackson Lewis agents, and LRI associates have suddenly been transformed into FedEx Freight drivers. There are more posts on here from imposters than from actual drivers. Right now in this company, it is all about the Teamsters Union. Nobody has come here to chat or read about anything else. The bogus posts are all trying to get information from drivers. I saw a fake Facebook page created for the same purpose. The photograph of the fake driver was a big burly man with tattoos and biker gear. He looked like he could stomp you with no problem. In his fake posts he said things like he and his family were very scared of the union talk and did not know what to do. Right. These fakers don't deserve a reply.

And your proof that all of these new posters are not drivers is where?

I'm sure they can start a teamsters thread. Regular FedEx drivers would like this.
We are FedEx drivers and this is the biggest thing going on right now. It would be nonsensical for us to not talk heavily about this right now as opposed to posts about equipment and other subjects that are usually reserved for times when nothing newsworthy is happening.

It would be nice if all union discussion was in one thread.

No can do man... Similar topics are merged at times but the hot topic here is the Teamsters and we don't dictate conversation unless it violates the rules of this forum. example: Spam, Threatening behavior , posting names addresses or phone numbers of other members or non public figures on the forum, excessive profanity which creates a non family friendly environment, or photos that exhibit close up shots of lady parts (or male) or see through attire

That covers about 90% of the rules here.

I'll give the managers some respect because I work with them (not for them), but as for Jackson Lewis or any other attorneys or union busters......they can kiss my bass. If there are any on here and can prove who they are I'll give them my name and address and invite them to my home so I can tell them face to face. It disgusts me that I'm looked down on by management for talking with a third party but FedEx can pay millions of dollars that were made by us to a third party who definitely doesn't have my best interest in mind.

I did not say " all "

And I did not mention " new " posters. You completely changed what I said. A lot of that going around here.

Fair enough I did misquote you, sorry! But there has been a lot of those accusations going on and we have know way to know, I do think a couple are probably "impostors" (for lack of a better term) but I think some are legitimate drivers that have a different point of view which some just cant get their mind around. So the best thing to do is make an honest calm rational argument against them or ignore them. Something to keep in mind as this spreads through the system drivers trying to figure things out will find this site from a google search or word of mouth and join up to comment or ask a question, so there are legitimate reasons to just now join and actually be a real driver.

I would say most of us have respect for most management here. The fighting, fussing, cussing is not part of trying to Unionize. That is all part of trying to prevent Unionizing. Hate and discontent is the anti union plan. I proved DickBurnz was not a driver in eight minutes. That is how long it took him to call a manager to ask what kind of tractors we have in NHS and for him to Google a trolley valve. I asked him 4 simple questions that any driver here could answer in 20 seconds and he could not answer 1. He said that he was not here to answer questions about equipment, that he was here to answer questions about the union. Right

Sadly, fedex is doing more at trying to divide everyone instead of honestly addressing the issues at hand. It's not going away anytime soon. Instead, it's quite the opposite of what they were hoping for. It's festering and getting bigger.

On that point I would say you are 100% right, I'm a little surprised they haven't done more to slow this down.
