They do, they are actually very tolerant, train was just pointing out that this one could get out of hand pretty quick therefor probably has a short life span.

The better question is why does everything have to be about race?
Because everyone has to be offended over something.Being proactive and reactive is not tolerated anymore,so we let the murders happen and let the cities burn down,then wonder why the hell wasn't something done to prevent this tragedy.The body count is high and the city is smoldering,but at least we didn't "offend" anyone.Screw,em.their reputation precedes them,whoever they are.

Maybe at your center it's so sweet....I've seen new tractors come in and be doled out by ethnicity. .... senior drivers that need and deserve them get sidestepped ....just to please the diversity counsel..... now is that right..?.....I guess it all depends on the makeup of your center....how much nonsense you witness. ....

I did not mean to imply that you censored or deleted too many posts, just to point out that you are free to edit or delete anything you like for any reason you want(even silly reasons). I don't see much of it here, compared to many forums.
I am always amazed that people think they are free to express any thought they want anytime they want especially on the internet. They have no more "right" to it here than they would have to stand in my living room and say whatever pops into their head.

Well if the union didn't divide us enough then lets just go down this road and see boogymen behind every dock door. It also probably depends on where the service center is located. For instance, there is definitely racism in CGT. There are folks planted there to set up drivers, office staff, supervisors, and ASCM's/SCM's. There are hillbillies put there to assist in this effort in order to take a side and seem like they are supportive of a certain cause. Most people see through it, however, there are a few individuals that "run with it" and it seems to still be working!
