O.K so that's the increase for drivers at top pay. What are the raises for the other ones? Do we get the January cost of living increase? What about my raise every 6 months?

Well then a little something in our Christmas stocking other than a lump of coal this year.

60 cents is more than Overnite gave us,but they didn't split it up.

This must be a new idea directly from our parent company UPS.

They did drop off another hour for overtime.
But I kind of thought they may bring us up to the the LTL idustry standard of time, and a half after 8 hours per day.

We all were saying Indy got a raw deal with their contract.
I wounder how Indy is viewing the rest of us now?

They all are probaly walking around with big smiles on their faces.

Oh well like I say any increase is still better than none at all.

Maybe it's time we get of your rear ends, and quit settling for what UPS gives us.

We need to have a say in our future.

I think we deserve overtime over 8 hours, & road drivers paid for all their time spent at work. We know now UPS isn't going to give it to us.

UPS didn't give it to Indy untill they stood up!!!!!!!!!

I'm willing to fight for what is fair to us. How about you?

Or we can contiue *****ing, whinning & crying about everything that comes down the road, like in the past.

I do not know about the most of you but My managed healthcare went up[ a total of $6.00 per pay period, if I was too take that $928.00 and subtract the $6.00x52 this equals out to be 312.00 dollars per year.

So My raise for the year is $616.00 per year, or $11.85 for 40 hrs. a week, or in it's simplest terms A .30 cent raise this year.

WOW, I feel a hell of alot better now...........
