Well if you are employed as a Teamster at TForce Freight and there is no ratified contract as of August 1, 2023 TForce Freight Teamsters will more than likely be striking.

They aren't employees of the company. They most certainly won't be on strike . They will be collecting paychecks and buying meals on their expense accounts, sitting in their air conditioning. That is how they lead, from the rear.
