James Buchholz of Arizona was arrested and charged with four counts of negligent homicide. He was driving the semi that hit a family's sedan on Highway 69 Sunday. Everyone inside the car was killed.

That is a bad stretch, trucks and cars go way over the speed limit through town, the police work it or used to all the time but that isn't much of a threat, Pryor city, OHP, and Mayes county, they all get involved, there is a set of tracks south of Pryor by the industrial park, it would make me nervous to stop at those tracks with hazmat because people are moving through there at highway speed, you can get off on the shoulder but if I remember right you can't ride the shoulder across the tracks or you'll hit the crossing arms, hopefully they will get a by-pass through there, I feel for the son in the Navy, his world must be coming to a grinding hault, we all need to pray for him and the trucker.
