They put a payment for one month in on Friday, they are still one month behind.

Most contribution payments are deposited the third or fourth pay period of the following month. The January contribution was late, but that is not unusual. Check your past statements. Not defending the practice by any means, merely providing information based on past practice.

At Roadway, it was not unusual for the company to be 60 days in arrears with Health and Welfare/Pension contributions.
