There's no exaggeration about it Joey...you made an offer that you had absolutely no intention of carrying through and didn't even believe in. The word you are looking for is not rhetoric...it's deception!
What we have is a retired so called teamster causing nothing but trouble & hate between two union companys, he got the boot once for his bs. It seems like he just dont get it or care.... I think its time for a hobby other then causing issues between us....

Really? I'll just assume you equate not agreeing with me to me being a bad fellow. Remember, a locksmith once said 'the purpose of locks is to protect you from the 98% of mostly honest people who might be tempted to try your door if it had no lock.' You need to grow up a little and face reality. FedEx changed the game with the help of Conway and Estes. The perfect storm has arrived. A bad economy and a rising FedEx has ended teamster dominance in the freight business. ABF and YRC will survive the perfect storm but unless the economy improves drastically soon (which it won't) I don't see union companies growing their business or hiring or being as profitable as they should be. That's all I'm saying. What you read into it is baby bs. I don't think or if care ABF will take concessions. I didn't say they should or would. What I did say was YRC did ask and was given concessions with IBT approval. ABF asked for concessions that that were rejected by ABF rank and file that also was okay with the IBT. The fact is ABF, FedEx and Conway saw blood in the water and tried to finish YRC off. One reason for ABF's stock fall to $12.58/share is because ABF was not successful. That is all I'm saying. And yes, I did get booted for being honest and yes we all spend a little too much time interacting with technology.

I see that you are feeling kind of down this morning Joey....must of got a hard dose of reality. If I were you...I would just take a deep breath...take your meds then go turn on that brand new 3D TV you have and watch some cartoons to take your mind off reality for awhile...after all...we don't want depression to set in...do we? This lawsuit is about whether or not ABF was placed at a disadvantage in the way the yrc collapse was handled.
Everybody is happy because they are here today. But how do you think the thousands that were sacrificed under the turncoat and p hoffa's leadership. Why did they not afford those others companies the same as they gave yrc?
why did they all lose everything and the IBT did not step in and grant their companies relief from the pension plans? What do we say to them that lost it all(MY BAD). No there was a business standard that was in place for decades and the IBT changed it and that has thrown the whole industry off.
ConWay and FedEx did what they did because in the past that would have been the death blow to yrc. After all yrc has done it to many companies themselves.
It cost them a lot of money trying to put yrc under and they have come back with a vengeance.
But you keep making ABF out as the bad guy in this matter. The blame falls squarely on the shoulders of the yrc brain trust and the IBT. They knew yrc could not live up to the 2008 contract when they negotiated it.
That alone smells of deceit. It was a deal made in HELL and we all know it. But you blame a company that was wronged and is seeking justice.
And now I ask since when is seeking justice a crime in the United States? We have cash does yrc? No so we don't worry about the stock price right now.
We are more geared at moving freight something we are good at. We learned a long time ago that we are truck drivers and if we do the best we can at it we will be OK.
After all because of ABF's ability to out perform in a market that they are very much an under dog in due to wages and benefits they still profit enough to PAY FOR YOUR RETIREMENT. So instead of spitting on them you should be thanking them for being responsible enough to live up to their agreed to contractual obligations. YOUR PAYING YOUR PENSION BROTHER ALWAYS!
I will be watching the news for a Indian up rising. Because I know Bean will cause one. YOUR HOPING YOU DON'T LOSE YOUR SCALP BROTHER ALWAYS!

Man single handily causes major riot at local casino!
Sunday,May 27th...An unidentified man wandering aimlessly around the casino disrupting patrons caused the whole casino to erupt into one big chaos late Sunday evening. At this moment...no one knows his true identity. The man...know to some as Joe,the plumber...ILikeit...to others and then again as Bean to the rest...but in all accounts seem to be the same man. It all started off innocently enough as the man was just going around trying to sell some clip art which was annoying to some but then became very quarrelsome and arrogant to others.Before you know it...arguments started breaking out all around the casino.
One person that was interviewed at the scene said " This man can really get under your skin fast" then just walked off shaking his head. Once all the havoc broke out...he just wandered out of the casino and was heard ranting something about Judy and a lawsuit of some kind. He was last seen getting into this Mack-Avalanche loaded full of clip art and a new 3D television in the back.
The police have issued a warning that if you see this man...be very careful not to get into any discussions with him...just to walk away because he may not be on his meds and since it was heard that he has one semester of law study that he could be posing as a lawyer. So...definitely do not take his advice!
