That’s why I think ArcBest is out of play, he said they put $500 million on the side for acquisitions….

$500 million isn't much to buy a medium sized company. Think about UPS gave away UPS Freight for $800 million. TFI could've immediately closed us down sold off the assets and made a nice profit but they didn't do that because they look how much more they'll make when this lump of coal becomes a diamond.
You do realize it takes millions of years for coal to become diamond. Hope you're not in a hurry.
Pretty sure Bedard said TFI sold their shares of Arcbest in the earnings call. Also said Arcbest didn't make sense for them right now.

Drivers that came over from T Force said U.P.S was losing money on the line haul side thats why they sold it and T Force hasnt odne much with it thats why they left them. Correction…UPS was losing money because they were giving freight away to get small package business! Also that’s not why they sold it! UPS sold it because they never really wanted it!
Not for nothing but UPS could have been the biggest LTL if they really wanted to! They had the money to crush the competition!
The purchase of overnite had served its purpose.
Even the most profitable LTL makes pequeño compared too UPS.
What about Dayton freight as a possibility?

I guess Bedard really wants to get the OR down, buying a company to pick-up and deliver our tractors lol......this is his MO, buying a boatload of small profitable companies to drive stock. I'll believe he will spend 2-3 billion on a LTL when he does. He only spent 800m on UPSF because it was a unbelieveable giveaway with UPS even giving money back for H&W.
