We have one at 158 attached to an old van. The problem with it is you have to go through it 3-4 time as the snow piles up and goes over the top of the plow.

So it sounds like it needs some modification. If I was the engineer I'd put an angle on it so the snow got pushed over the edge instead of straight across letting it build up and over the plow. That would also cut back on the pile left in the road at the end of the trailer.

There you go again! At YRCF logic is usually NOT a factor in the decision making process!

I would put up a truck and trailer snow removal sign at the scale, and a truck stop. Ask for mud, via the break room.

Some of our spotters would try and have the vendor who plows the lot try and load the trailer with snow !!!!!
