There were (2) killed in this crash,perhaps the broken down Semi was not far enough off the side of the HYW,out of the traffic lanes.
Or the driver in the Semi that hit it was not completely focused on his path of travel,or a little of both,unfortunately he was one of the 2 that were killed,the other 1 was the work truck driver who had stopped to help out the driver of the broken Semi.
