They could save alot of money on paper ink and lawyers if they just wrote the truth:

" If management feels like writing you up and making it stick, they can and will.".

You need a union.

Do we have a scheduled end of shift time? They can send you home when they want when it's convenient for them.

We also have FMCSA regulations... I'm surprised Guardrail as not been along to point out, 392.3 addresses this pretty clearly:

§ 392.3: Ill or fatigued operator.

No driver shall operate a commercial motor vehicle, and a motor carrier shall not require or permit a driver to operate a commercial motor vehicle, while the driver's ability or alertness is so impaired, or so likely to become impaired, through fatigue, illness, or any other cause, as to make it unsafe for him/her to begin or continue to operate the commercial motor vehicle. However, in a case of grave emergency where the hazard to occupants of the commercial motor vehicle or other users of the highway would be increased by compliance with this section, the driver may continue to operate the commercial motor vehicle to the nearest place at which that hazard is removed.

Corrective action for following FMCSA regulations? I think not...

"Here's your 'personal' time you've earned and we agreed to give you, but if you use it you will be punished."

Points should happen after you've used up all of your personal time.
