Austin,MN.,Trucker claimed a Fedex Ground Van cut him off sending him into the ditch.

Would've been better to have HIT the fedex truck thereby having PROOF of being cutoff, other than empty claim by driver and mere speculation by site attendees.
Either way merits a accident on drivers' record.
 
As the dispatcher for J.T.Garrard told his drivers: You leave the road "dodging a mule", get me some mule to show for it.............
No mule, no mule manure in area, you went to sleep.
 
If you watched the video you will see that the FedEx ground van was there at the scene so Id say he has some proof.
