Pretty well said, but you forgot one scenario; over a few short years, we become #1, the benchmark, because we have upper mgmt who values the backbone of the company. If you take care of your drivers, and consider their good advice, then your drivers will take care of you.

The way it's been here for the last several years, they should have just put our emp ID# on our uniforms instead of our name.

Nope not me, I know I have it made, been retired since 08. The industry as a whole has gone down the ter imo, They keep dumbing down the drivers so all you need behind the wheel is a steering wheel holder that unloads trucks, no thanks.
