Natural immunity is 70% better than the vaccine. If you want to take the vaccine I'm good with that but I'm 100% opposed to any kind of mandate. I can't take the shot due to my religious beliefs and my Dr advised me not to get it. So I take high doses of vitamins D and C as well as zinc. I haven't had a sniffle since.

Also, just in case you happen to be younger. You gotta be 50+ for most insurance to cover the shingles vaccine. My doctor strongly recomended it and said it is very effective and advised me to get it ASAP because you will need to update it. Like tetanus.
