They tried taking our profitable freight before, our (Holland) customers had refused to ship with them. The customers bailed on them, they realize it wouldn't work and stopped that practice. We gained our customers freight and trust back shortly there after. Due to our service our customers are brand loyal. I would be willing to bet that New Penn customers are same, loyal due to the quality of service they get.
