Hard to say, I know 1 guy got 3 days for hitting a light pole in the yard....and another that put a set in the ditch from "sneezing", and he was back at work the next night.

I hope he wasn't the one who loaded the trailer!! Kinda like what I see on the dock every night people not knowing how to load trailers no one seems to care I told management and they tell me to fix it when it needs to be the guy that loaded so he learns how to do it!!

So when a local driver picks up a shipper loaded trailer that is locked, but not sealed with a shippers seal that can't be removed......

Do you look inside to see if the freight was loaded in a manner that would cause a handling problem?
