Really your going to go there? Expect to be treated with respect and a good wage along with retirement.. Yes anyone would expect that... The amount of money that is made by this company is crazy. Back when the last administrations gave huge tax cuts and companies were rewarding employees... this company did not. The amount of waste you see not to mention waste on the leadership level is ridiculous. You would be surprised what money is spent on offices etc... Not to mention the travel and all things that go on in that area. So please do not try to give me the greed speech of wanting to be paid an honest respectful wage... Without the backbone of this company nothing is getting done and that is been forgotten. Drivers having become looked down upon and it is shown every single day.

Ask anyone from the Victoria, TX barn about wasteful spending...
Facilities guy was at our barn asking what leadership really wanted. They made some obviously outlandish remark that was answered with, "That isn't going to happen." Then, he spouted off about spending a half million on the Victoria yard 2 months before it was closed.

Facilities guy was at our barn asking what leadership really wanted. They made some obviously outlandish remark that was answered with, "That isn't going to happen." Then, he spouted off about spending a half million on the Victoria yard 2 months before it was closed.

Nothing new... the amount of waste... Wonder how much they poured into the corporate offices??

Why not take it all over? Contract everything out. Ground does.

Just FYI: I frequently use RMATVMC and have had excellent FXG service from (primarily) KY & UT. Placed an order Sat pm, USPS handling it. It’s always been FXG. Just throwing info out there.
