no OT, wonder how they have an o/r of 85? grass might not be greener when you get there. thought of looking for something else, but it's a race to the bottom everywhere, my employer was able to get the concessions they wanted, now they have to live with it, they can't hire anyone, they have recruiters trying to get people from truck driving schools!

That's the worst part. The other companies are using that as an excuse. Well you can only charge so much to haul the freight.

Should have closed the gates on that mess. I thought unions were supposed to be strong. Not we'll take any thing, just let us keep working here.
