The company put a stop to picking up any freight for Denver until they can get caught up.

That's one hell of a sales ploy. After they refuse to take the freight, do the recommend another carrier?

Hey guys... just wanted to poke my head in here and say it’s not just Yrc. Xpo is about a million pounds and 8 days behind as well. The company put a stop to picking up any freight for Denver until they can get caught up.

Shipping out contraband?

What's legal there is not almost everywhere else.

No idea I know once we try to put a pick up in the system, it won’t take it.

I do know this is the third time they have done this for the Denver region.

I live in Denver. Every LTL company needs drivers. So who’s gonna get the least action? The lowest paying one YRC and Reddaway. Each LTL from buddies I talk to OD needs
15 LH. My buddy at Saia says they need 10 or more LH. I had a interview with UPSF for LH 2 months ago. Plenty of work here Oilfields, LTL, Tanker, Endump, Foodservice. These LTL’s are resorting to CDL schools here it’s so bad. I’ve seen US Foods offering 12k sign on bonus with delivery experience. Denver is experiencing rapid growth. As a driver you can pick and choose.
