We were told to start tying everything to the wall, put dunnage and blocks between everything, and drive forklifts slower. Then we were told that our excepted bills per hour were going from 9 to 13. The first nite of doing the tying and dunnage our bills per hour was 6. The SCM couldnt understand why bills per hour went down. I work at a small end of the line center. And now we load everything like we did before with almost no damages.
