Not possible. The math for BMI is simple and based on what you have provided your BMI would be 26.69 which is mildly overweight. Overweight is classified as 25-29.9. Obese does not start until you hit 30. Also CSA has nothing to do with DOT physicals and the rules for being issued a physical card.
CSA is an enforcement program that measures carriers performance verse their peers. The process takes roadside enforcement data and assigns point values to those inspections. That information is then used to rank carriers on a scale of 1-100 in 7 categories called BASICS. Carriers in the top pcentile ranks in each BASIC are subject to enforcement action. CSA - Compliance, Safety, Accountability
If you do a little research it is easy to find out what is going on. There are no rules concerning BMI and obesity. There may be rules in the future concerning sleep apnea that take your BMI into consideration, but they would not be a part of CSA, and as of right now there are no rules that use BMI.
