Must be a hub thing.. The only city drivers in my building that have an R Unit are the ones that have been there for 25 years. Even then, they have R15 and R17 units.

I'm at an EOL and road/city share R tractors. Old and new units.

That makes sense. Keeps miles low because PMs can be an issue at a building with no shop. At a hub, AM runs slip seat with PM runs so those tractors aren't available for city peddle routes.

We have a fairly large shop too.
