speak for yourself. We dont need bitter ex employees in here sturin' up crap..thats my 2 cents anyways. I'm sure he is a great guy, but as an employee all I see him do in here is trash on us. Motor safe!
I'm not sure who this TruckN4Jesus is but I don't believe it's the same Jesus I know. I would consider changing my ID if I were you. I believe that we have a on our hands. If you check around this company you will find that most of the employees are tired of getting the shaft. Wake up and smell the coffee, we are in need of some major changes around here. Ya'll have a nice day.
Wow you must have alot of time on your hands to have talked to 13,000 employees to find out that it is "most employees"
wow how quickly people can turn against each other.
estesfr8 are you and trucking4 jesus "buddys" if you know what i mean

What we have from estesfr8, is called fuzzy math. Hey fumble fingers, try and watch the keypad on your calculator next time you add the amount of employees. After the last two waves of layoffs or rifs,or whatever the hell Richmond calls it. There is not 13,000 employees at Estes. Not even close. Sorry to correct you again. Elvis out....
You give us an exact number since you are such an expert. Where is your support for your argument? Just exactly how many people are employed at Estes, how many were laid off or riffed and where are we now? And whom did you talk to in HR to obtain this information, oh mighty information guru?
Seacrest out
You actually made me laugh there with the sescrest thing. As far as my information. Don't you worry about where I obtain my wealth of inside knowledge. Elvis in as infilltrated.

I'm not sure how long you have been employed here but seeing that you are from Nevada I would assume that you were with GI before the buyout. I've been with estes for over 12 years and as a matter of fact almost every one that I talk to wants some changes made around here. I've seen what Richmond does to there employees especially the road drivers and they get the shaft. I'm not sure how much you do but from what I can see on here you and truckn4jesus seem to do quiet a lot. I just hope for your sake it's worth every pucker.
I really have traveled around the 48 states because of the knuckleheads in Richmond I lost my bid run last year and had to run the extra board after over 12 years of service. I even got to see California and Nevada. Estesfr8 I doubt that that has happened to you because I talked to quiet a few of the employees out west and I know that they don"t run the whole system like we have to. We need change around here and I for one am for anything that will make this a better place for the employees. Anyway you might think Elvis should not speak because he no longer works here, but if you will quit long enough you will see that he has our best interest at heart. He is a voice of experience and that is what we need.I guess this guy that writes on the walls in the bathrooms is realy getting around. He's clear back yonder in N. Carolina. I guess estesfr8 was correct about the conspiracy theories. We actually have a guy that travels across 48 states and writes evil things about Estes on every public bathroom wall that might be frequented by an Estes driver! In all seriousness, the guy makes a good point. He's pissed off and wants change. What do you say there dynamic duo? I know, he's just a cry baby, and he should quit. Right? WRONG. STAND AND FIGHT FOR CHANGE!! Elvis out....
those guys work for good terminals and never had any problems but i bet the day someone does a better job then them with the TM or the day they cut there runs and the have to do all the systems like you have sir thats the day they will have change of heart and fill the same as you and 80percent of your fellow employees! STAND YUP AND TELL THE BILLIONAIRE NO MOREI really have traveled around the 48 states because of the knuckleheads in Richmond I lost my bid run last year and had to run the extra board after over 12 years of service.
