Explosives Truck Overturns, Causes Concern In Warren County - News - Augusta, GA

The video report is saying the trucker was out of hours,and fell asleep.

I think he used very poor judgement if this report is right.
Rolling any vehicle loaded with explosives can be very dangerous,in my opinion.

Poor judgement has nothing to do with illegal log time.(midnight off duty,3:30 restart?) All explosive co's I've dealt with run midnight to midnight,unless the officer isn't familiar with log book....
And anyone who thinks DOT is a pain,ain't seen nothing til you deal with the ATF.
