I agree with you there.
I'm seeing a lot of Dump Truck,as well as rollovers of all kinds of trucking equipment.
Speed at corners,curves,and intersections.
Everyone needs to slow down,and drive according to the conditions of the weather,and know the area you are driving in.
Just by slowing down to the proper speed will get you where you want to go in one piece.
