Not any more than they did when ABF bought Carolina Carriers and there is no question there as to which was the 'surviving' company.

That was the same as when ABF bought ETMF & Navajo. ABF was also the surviving company then. All employees dovetailed. There is always hard feelings in a buyout. Deregulation changed the LTL industry forever.

Given all the mergers and buyouts we've all seen through over the years I really thought that this was common knowledge by now.
