1.5 million people are under mandatory evacuation orders. The national guard has been deployed. Turnpike tolls are now suspended to get people out faster. Hospitals and being evacuated. 2.5 million will lose power. Also no surfing during the hurricane.

News reports say there were 10 killed in Hati,the storm is heading toward Florida at 140 mph.
Another report claims this storm has changed directions 6 times.
I think the weather folks don't really know what this storm is going to do.
However I know if I lived anywhere near the east coast of Florida,I'd be heading North by now.

Seems one reporting agency doesn't know whats going on with the others.
It wasn't that long ago I saw 10 deaths in Haiti,this link you posted claims 108.

Well so far the only thing the same with all reports so far, is the wind speed,still 140 mph.

Well so far this is not the epic storm that was first reported by the weather folks.
Sure it is still bad,however not epic,although there is damage,nothing major so far so good.

Storm has been downgraded from a cat.4 to cat 3.

You might want to rethink that statement. As bad as the damage was as a cat 1 and cat 2, it would of been twice as bad as a cat 4, had it come ashore.

I don't need to rethink my statement. I was in Miami with a drink in my hand as it passed by. No worries.
