I-10 Jacksonville,FL.,had 2 crashes involving Semi's.

I agree,best to never admit to anything even though you know you are a fault.
Only answers to the questioning of authority figures should be yes,or no.
Anything else should be left up to the crash investigators to figure out.

Now this really is not being dishonest,it is being smart.
 
Thank God nobody was killed. And both drivers DID use their turn signals! I remember when I rolled over east of Omaha, NE. Driving a cab over that every time I hit a hump in the interstate it moved left or right due to sloppy king pins. So with 25,000 pounds of tire chains in the lead trailer it was a lot of fun counter steering. So when the driver of the car passing me reached for something in the passenger side of his car, I had to move to the right and as we approached the left curve I corrected to the left and the chains kept going right.........I was hanging on to the steering wheel as if it was mine and someone was trying to take it from me, so I was not hurt. So things happen fast and we all do the best we can, and hope for the best!
