if i were to solicit for illicit services, the solicitation is a crime, regardless of the act being attempted or consummated, very little intent is needed, if any.

you are soooo right , next time a cop pulls you over offer him a $20 to go away .... see how fast you end up in the klink!!
cant figure out why more are not as outraged as i am about this .
they should all be locked up and if not that at least removed from their positions in the union
