I still have some ambition.
I'm only on my cell at breaks or waiting for paperwork. (play solitaire. Oooo exciting eh?)
I.dont drink.. I. Don't do drugs.
Pretty boring eh?
I am unsociable too.
I'm at retirement age.Do you are just a kid?
What's a party line?I'm at retirement age.
I did all that :::: 40 years ago.
No phones. Cords weren't long enough and party lines sucked.
Really?What's a party line?
Standing outside of the bar and passing a joint around amongst your friends.Really?
Somebody jump in and explain please.
"Hey, baby. There's room for two under this hat"...What's a party line?
I see the whole coop Dispatch staff, and drivers under it....."Hey, baby. There's room for two under this hat"...
Explanation before this goes to far and you REALLY don't knowStanding outside of the bar and passing a joint around amongst your friends.

A party line was a phone line that was linked to four or five or more residential homes.
Only one household could use it one at a time.. Sometimes when you picked the phone up to call someone your neighbor might be using it and you would have to wait until they were done so you could use it and dial out.. Tada!
How does the 10 grand break down??? Still a 4.5% match? At $100 grand per year that's still just 4500.
I know they give bonuses too.How does the portable pension work...I ask because you don't know how many times I've thought about throwing away my 15 years at Holland to work for FedEx. It's hard starting all over but FedEx is a damn good job.
I figuredMC; just pulling your leg a little, my age should be the give away, I would sneak and listen to a guy and his girl friend chatting
on the phone, get caught and they would tell you hang up that d. phone.
One problem (I.E. lack of manpower) causes the other major problem talked about here (I.E. people not giving a damn)So...why did you copy me in on the deflecting?
Have you been reading other postseason?
Don’t you have something to say to everyone?
Back to topic we are hiring left and right.
Had one leave and go to Averitt and now he is back with us after a 6 month stint.
And therein lies the problem..along with the boredom. Monotony. And general attitude of we don't care anymore doesn't help. One problem (I.E. lack of manpower) causes the other major problem talked about here (I.E. people not giving a damn)
Again, Lets go back to the first problem. Pay a little more and you might not have as many manpower problems as this Company now has.
But I know, That would require people to actually THINK! Not get sidetracked and deflected with some thing else.
Stay on point. That's all I'm saying.

$5,820 to the pension, $3,395 to the 401 k. That's $9,215 total. Bonus in January was a little over $1,000. Company match is 3.5%.
We (my local) had no vote in the elimination of progression. I
