Just never leave a job for the wrong reasons. When you run to escape BS you often find you run into even more BS. Leave for the right reasons and leave on good terms. You too not surprised I have never worked at a place that goes out of it's way to make it this hard to work for. Good luck. Their are many more that are going to follow your plan.
Inward facing cameras would be a good reason,imo..Just never leave a job for the wrong reasons. When you run to escape BS you often find you run into even more BS. Leave for the right reasons and leave on good terms.
And many feel the way you do. I get it. I just don’t think it’s that big of deal. XPO has had them for years. What has made them a pain in the ass is the company has weaponized them when they said they wouldn’t. That’s what has caused the massive turnover. I know what not to do and learn from my mistakes. They really make me more aware and safety oriented. Everyone is different. Like I said though .... I get why many can’t stand them.Inward facing cameras would be a good reason,imo..
So do I !!! I don’t feel anxiety but it is rather annoying and at other times I just chuckle. These cameras have giving me anxiety issues...I catch myself looking up for the camera when I hit a bump in my personal vehicle
It pissed me off but I’m not on probation now. That policy was changed. In the big picture it’s not a big deal Joe. The worst thing this company could do to me is fire me and that’s not a big deal. My life will go on. When one door closes another one opens. As long as I have my health I have everything I need.really? wasn't so long ago you were cock suckering the cameras when you blew a stop sign and were told you were on probation.
Estes huh? I know a SAIA driver going to Estes...could that be you?I've had enough of this place...starting over at estes...can't believe they are going to let me work out my 2 weeks
Why? Nobody is bound by who they work for, It is their choice . No driver is contractually obligated to stay where they are at , it is a choice. You made a choice to leave and others choose to stay. Dont feel sorry for those that make a choice that is best for them. Just be happy with your decision and dont feel sorry for us. We will be just fine.I feel sorry for every Saia truck I pass now.
Some guys have different tolerance levels. All the new hires we have been getting lately haven’t been in the the LTL business. But they soon will be corrupted by the current senior drivers. This is a good paying job and many of the newbies are very happy now. The culture here is changing and they can’t hire their way out of the predicament they are in. I know this business. I’ve been in LTL for 45 years. I’ve seen everything and I know exactly what they are attempting to do.Why? Nobody is bound by who they work for, It is their choice .
