The contract gives us GUARENTEED raises every 6 monthes and health benefits FAR better than before with NO increases for 5 years, for the amount we pay in dues the positive things in the contract dosen't even compare to what we would be subject to if we were not TEAMSTERS. Think about this...... in your situation.....if we were not TEAMSTERS the company could lay you off anyway no matter how much seniority you had.
