Customer Service
I used to be Customer Service in Wichita, and I did everything but load/and drive. I always made the phone calls for the drivers to get appts, directions, rates, redeliveries everything. They very seldom had to do it themselves. I also spent alot of time in the dispatch office doing that also. I loved it there, did a good job and was treated like crap by the now EX-Regional manager and chose to leave. To bad they didn't get rid of him before I left because now they have a crappy girl that won't do anything.
