FedEx Freight | LOU has filed a petition with the NLRB

After Thursday afternoon they weren't so happy to give you a hamburger. When they announced the file for petition on Monday in our preshift They let some anti union employees speak out and they were willing to give out there phone number if you have any questions about the union. Of course they have only been with the company maybe 7-8 months. Were they hired for this ? ( oh those Vitran drivers)

If they let the anti union side speak out are they not required by law to let the pro union side speak?

As long as it's in a non work area (Break rooms, personal vehicle parking lot, smoking area, etc.) and not on company time.
He saying that they were doing it in a preshift meeting on company time. I was under the impression if they allowed anti union talk among employees on the clock they had to allow pro union.
