eviction
I wouldn't see why not. This shouldn't be a surprise to the NP guys. They have given everything they possibly could to the yellow anchor. We have a bunch of former YRC guys working with us.I just hope the guys that work out of that barn keep in mind its biz. YRC is at fault. Not Pyle. Just hope the guys on the street can stay cordial to each other
No doubt is is YRC's/New Penn's fault and you can't blame Pyle for doing what they are doing. It is their right, it is not like they are underhandedly kniving, lying or stealing. It does suck for the New Penn guys who are not at fault in any way and I hope that they do have/find a place to go. It is the ultimate in embarrassment for them if you ask me and I wish them luck in getting it all behind them.
Ya know the thought of how they handle their business and what their priorities are is sickening. I feel badly for our bothers and sisters who pay so dearly for the behavior of their upper echelon and I hope those bastards rot in hell for what they have done. How much more will they (we) tolerate? When will the first one go off the edge and take action? The rent money probably went into the kitty for the YRC CEO bonus.
New penn has a 30 year lease and Pyle is going to lose. They gave new penn a long term lease thinking YRC was going under. Since that didn't happen they want to find a way out of the lease. new penn will be in Maspeth. No rent payment was ever missed or even late so NP is not in default. Why you guys believe trucking boards is beyond me. You are better off getting your info from the funny pages. The rent money probably went into the kitty for the YRC CEO bonus.
Just the opposite. Pyle tried and lost on their first attempt. They are playing dirty. NP not moving. Not letting a non Union push us around! We are in growth mode now.So you are confirming that eviction has been initiated and a battle is on?
Aaaaaa so they are kniving underhanded crooks. Tsk tsk tsk. I feel better for those NP drivers already.Just the opposite. Pyle tried and lost on their first attempt. They are playing dirty. NP not moving. Not letting a non Union push us around! We are in growth mode now.
