XPO | New Safety Policy January 2015

A lot of business cannot be conducted on the weekend. I'm never there past 10 am anyways. Nobody is there after noon. Unless you breakdown or something. Had a driver not punch out til 1700 one saturday. He broke down. made some good money that day.

And was miserable the whole day sitting around tired as **** wishing he was home. NNC had guys regularly getting back at noon-1300 Saturday. Again Dallas must be the land of rainbows paved with unicorn farts.

It's a shame for you guys that it took an organizing drive to make these changes happen. Don't forget it when it's your turn to select a union.

looks like they are getting some good benefits of the teamsters and never paid a lick of dues. The good stuff comes after a yes vote....

private property crashes... zero strikes, this includes dropped trailers... also branches and wires on private property zero strikes

all "one and your done" events gone

good driving will accumulate positive safety points

collision with another moving vehicle (on private property), striking a pedestrian (on private property), and dropped trailer on public street are all two pointers

Thanks Merdock. Very succinct and to the point.
