thinking of putting an application in for line haul or local driving at Indy, anyone know the pay scale and how they are to work for.

top city is 19.80 or something

start road is .46

get a raise in dec. road upto .47

dunno what city starts out at though

few runs open right now in linehaul

oh and btw, its crazy right now, really unorganized. not enough equipment and a whole lot of work. seems to be getting alot better though. since indy got a new terminal manager that is actually doing things.
 
top city here is $21.25 and starts at around $19 something. i'm not sure what l/h starts at, but it tops out right now at $0.5125 per mile.
 
i thought those minut increases were garbage until i saw how much of a difference it made on the ole paycheck. i wonder when they are finally going to increase drop payscale.

now really if you dont like the company you work for please dont try and change it. Just go to work for another company that you may think your happy at.Havnt you been in this buisness long enough to know that there all the same but different colors. Please dont bring this company down with that union crap. Best wishes. and just show up,clock in do your job like your supposed to do.and keep your mouth shut. and you will be a much happier person in the long run. It doesnt do any good to stress over things you have no control over JUST QUIT

this isnt suppose to be slave labor, and by the way you speak you must believe it to be. people have the right to speak, disagree and organize. how about, if you dont like the way this country is, YOU LEAVE!
