Holland | Profit sharing check this year ??

Should have been a little more clear. I meant I I still have enough I can send them the money if it was a mistake. They'd probably want interest right?

I thought maybe you were saving yourself a memento.

I was under the impression that pretty much every truck driver has to bend over. Even the guys at ODFL. They're just paid enough to enjoy it.

they have been showing a loss in the last few quarters, mostly due to how much is being paid on debt and how much theyre spending on technology/upgrades. we did get it last yr by now which makes it seem like there is no bonus coming, not even 1%.

(b) Profit sharing bonuses will be distributed to the employees by separate check within ninety (90) days of the end of the calendar year.

Just assuming an unnamed company "shares" it's profit with employees (if there IS a profit)......
does that mean the said employees must PAY the unnamed company if the company has no profit and LOSES money instead?

I would say that most employees would be happy to pay the "unnamed company" money back, as long as the "unnamed company's" employees could also fire their stupid ass for losing money in the first place.

Everyone else seems to be able to show a profit without shafting their employees, why can't these jackasses?
