5+% would be nice but we all know in order for Fred Smith to keep getting his $54m bonus we won't get it!!!
Maximum bonus percentage is set at 4.5%. 15 percent operating ratio for the combined 2 quarters is required for us to get that amount. The operating ratio for the previous quarter was around 17.3%, so we would need to show around 13% for this quarters results to get the average to 15 percent and trigger our best bonus payment ever.

What months do we use to calculate our bonus?

I would much rather have higher yearly pay increase than the twice a year bonus. Way more money in the long run!!!

Also does anyone know the "criteria" to get bumped up gpd pay scales? They told us we didn't meet "criteria" to go from C to D. We have nearly 300 doors, equipment test facility, training facility, 225-250 total drivers, more warehouses & residentials than crooked politicians, cost of living up 20+% etc

Basically... can they find and keep drivers at the current rate?
