My problem is with all these new hires with 10 miles of driving experience. These new hires that are so
lazy and entitled that we have to hire yet another lazy and entitled 10 mile driver just to equal one. My problem is with these new hires who get into an accident in their first 30 days and the company just gives them another 30. My problem is with these new hires who rarely come to work, get disciplined for absenteeism, and then cry to the union that they are being picked on. Maybe you dont fit this bill or at least dont think you do, but 8 out of 10 new hires at my barn do. So no they dont deserve to go to scale. But this bottom feeding company will hire anything with a pulse and a face for the ID.
