The payroll system changed several years ago&now they have to tax.I've received a few of them. And I don't understand the taxation on a bonus. I thought taxes could only be taken from earned wages.
Starts at 300 bucks, and max is like 3000How does the safety bonus work? If you go the whole year without any incidents they hook you up with a little cash? How much do you get?
At ABF we get $25.00 credit at the company store.
The Safety Bonus was at one time posted in the Drivers Handbook. It used to show amounts for years of Safe Driving.
You could lose your Bonus for a speeding ticket (Company Truck or Personal Vech), hurt or away from job. These are the couple of things I know of.
Even Drivers that are now on the Dock collect Safety Bonus....... Go figure.
Heard at one time they were going change to Fuel Bonus/ ROI Score.
Anything while off duty in personal vehicle doesn't go against bonus.I was told by a regional safety manager that personal vehicle speeding tickets do not count against your personal vehicle. Hope it doesn't, I got one in the car this year...
Guess that depends on what SC you are at. Safety is a all around situation. You do have to report all tickets (except parking) to SCM.Anything while off duty in personal vehicle doesn't go against bonus.
Yes,but it doesn't affect safety bonusGuess that depends on what SC you are at. Safety is a all around situation. You do have to report all tickets (except parking) to SCM.
