I think you are a undercover saia copI bet your going to tell us that HR supplied you with these facts. Not likely. I bet you heard it straight from a linehaul drivers mouth. SMH!!! A very reliable source.
I BET ITS MORE THAN THAT. AND DEFINITELY GONNA BE A HOLE LOT MORE.Word I heard is that saia has lost over 100 drivers smh
Like I say be careful of the truck driver story your telling cause I may have been the guy that started it lolNever trust a truck driver to be honest unless he's complaining. And even when he's complaining, he's still probably exaggerating a bit.
When drivers complain to other drivers, it usually becomes a "who's worse off" contest in the vein of "uphill both ways in 3 feet of snow".
Maybe some, but it's minimal. Even the great UPS has some turnover. We are not losing drivers.
Rings true. Passes the sniff test.I do know that 2 left for sure, one was going to retire in a month, the other ( me) had planned on retiring next February but got tired of the BS and left early.
This is a real truck driver!!Like I say be careful of the truck driver story your telling cause I may have been the guy that started it lol
Who knows what to believe. Before we call BS, let's ask Train how many drivers, both city and Linehaul, have left his barn? Then we can go from there or not.
If t
If train was in management, he would never admit saia has lost any drivers because everybody knows management is bound by their job to never spread negativity and train tells it like it is.
Out of 81 P&D drivers in GRL not one has left because of the cameras. A couple are on probation for cell phone usage but no casualties as of yet. Zero from linehaul but we have several on workers comp. I hesitated to answer this because of OT's post. No one will believe me. Having said that I'm certain some will leave because of the cameras but as of today not one has. I think it's because the compensation plan SAIA has is almost impossible to beat and most know that the grass isn't greener. Now I'm told SAIA is completely different in the South so it would be hard to gauge how things are going system wide. But this I know for a fact!!! No one has those numbers but HR and even they can't determine why many leave. Thats why this thread is straight up BS.It's been almost 24 hours and no reply from Train. Maybe he called BS too soon?
