does anyone know why DOT shut down LandAir?
On safer it show OUT of Service as of yesterday. It's supposedly for to many violations. Their OOS is over 20% for equipment
Hope they can get this sorted out.
On the 2nd page of Safer- they are listed as: Unfit Carrier.
How about a link, I think you're mistaken.

Thanks, you're not mistaken.
Their OOS is over 20% yet lower than the national average, I don't get it.
The drivers there I know are baffled . Maybe they got audited and their records were horrible. They have been going thru troubles for years.
I didn't see any Saia trailers in the Buffalo yard. About 5 LME trailers and an ECM trailer.
I work for land air out of the williston vt terminal. I haven't been told a reason yet but we did just have a DOT audit about 2months ago.
Have they told you when you would return to work
Thank you. Good luck. Are they paying you for the missed days
I hope so...end of yr I'm outta time!
It would be awful of them to not pay you all. You are the reason they have a business and it is not the employees fault they run the company wrong.
I wish you guys all the best and hope for a speedy resolution if this so you folks can get back to work! !!
