The driver of the rig was walking around after the crash and didn't appear to be injured.
--Probably contemplating WHY the attempt to "beat a train" was engaged--
I hope that driver is charged for the repairs as well as the loss of the Load!! (yet like most trucking companies, the driver will get a slap on the wrist and given another trailer)
